One of my favorite things to eat is steak and I am lucky to live close to a slaughter house. So, I know any beef products I purchase are local. This book has ten recipes in it.
The one I prepared already is the Marinated Flank Steak. I was surprised to see mustard and soy sauce in it but those ingredients really increased the taste level. In addition to those two ingredients the recipe calls for garlic, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Chill for 6 hours. Excellent recipe.
There are a couple more in this collection that I will try later on.
